Women are known for caring for everyone else and often forget to invest in themselves.
Yet, how we treat ourselves, understand our stories, accept our God-given design, and develop healthy relationships with God and others, impacts those in our wake. I have learned that many female leaders just haven’t been given the same leadership resources as men.

Meet with me, one-to-one, for a confidential space where you can customize your professional and/or personal goals. Whether you want to grow as a leader, develop your life-work balance, or renew or restore your relationship with God, yourself, or your family, I will walk alongside you.
Generally, coaching is 1-2 hours per month on Mondays or Tuesdays. Coaching is virtual or in-person at our Living Wholehearted offices in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
$225 per hour

These are customized 1-2 day retreats for individuals, couples or families at the Living Wholehearted Lodge and Retreat in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. These retreats give us time to dig deeper into the challenges you are facing. From visioning retreats (dreaming and planning for your next 10 years) to communication retreats for couples, these intensives give any leader a leg up.
